How much notice do you need?
48 hours for a pre-order box. For catering, big orders and personalised orders, give us at least 5 days. Need it sooner? Send the request anyway and we'll tell you if we can squeeze it in.
Where do I pick up?
Pickup is in Hamilton. We'll confirm the exact spot and time when we confirm your order. For events, tick “delivery” in the catering form and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm your order, we'll send you the payment details. Orders are paid in full before pickup.
What about allergies?
Everything is made from scratch in a kitchen that uses gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts (hello, Nutella and Bueno). Tell us about any allergies in your order and we'll be honest about what we can do.
How do I keep them fresh?
They're best the same day. Want that fresh-out-the-oven feeling again? Warm rolls and cookies at 160°C for 5–8 minutes.
Can I mix flavours?
Always. Mix any flavours in a box. Rolls are $9.50 and cookies $6.50 each, with box deals on 4, 6 and 12. Your box always gets the best price automatically.
